Amazing place. We where on a search to find a dental clinic since we were going to visit Albania in June. I started... searching online and Kiss Dent reviews were sticking out from all other dentists. I decided to make an appointment for a consultation, but the moment I meet them at the airport pick up , I was already at ease.We went straight to the clinic and at that point I had no doubts that I had chosen the right place.The clinic was sparkling clean, everyone had a very big smile meeting us, the energy was just so great between all staff that it just made you feel so welcomed. The consultation was straight on, explaining all pros and cons of what we were considering on doing.Mine was strictly cosmetic as I had imperfect but very healthy teeth and just wanted to be able to finally smile freely. While my husband needed a bit more work, from extractions, crowns, feelings, implants. We of course decided to go ahead with the plan they offered. Not only it was done in 7 days but the results were excellent.We have been in few dentists in our life in USA, but no one so far compares to professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness of Kiss Dent.read more

I chose this place over others after seeing the positive reviews and went for a cleaning which was good. Friendly... staff, clean place and I think reasonably priced especially comparing to what I pay for back in the US.During the cleaning, the dentist pointed out that I had a cavity a old filling in one of my molars. I scheduled another apt for a filling which ended up being a double filling as the cavity was progressing onto the other molar. I had this double filling 3 months ago on June 23 and my molars are still sensitive- I cannot bite down on that side. I contacted them last month complaining about the sensitivity and the pain and they said "it's normal" because I had a "deep" cavity. Mind you I never had any pain on this tooth, aside from noticing that my old filling was wearing out.I reached out to my dentist back home since I'm still traveling and another family friend who is a dentist and they both told me that this is abnormal. I'm deeply disappointed in their service- I have great teeth, have had a few filling before but this is the worst experience I've ever had. A waste of my money (paid almost 100 euros- very expensive for Albania)- I should have waited to get the service done back at home. Maybe I was just unlucky with them. Giving the 2 stars for the cleaning service and friendliness of the staff.read more
