The All-on-X Planning Process at KissDent
CBCT 3D Imaging: Every All-on-X case starts with a full 3D scan of the jaw. This shows the height, width, and density of the bone, as well as the exact position of important structures such as nerve canals and sinus areas.
Digital Implant Planning: Using the CBCT scan, our implantologist studies the available bone and plans the number and position of implants before surgery. The goal is to create a stable foundation for the fixed prosthesis.
Precision Placement Support: When the case requires extra accuracy, a custom placement template is prepared in our in-house laboratory. This helps transfer the digital plan to the surgical stage with greater control.
Surgery and Immediate Teeth: The planned implants are placed in one session. A fixed temporary bridge is attached on the same day, so the patient does not leave without teeth.
Final Prosthesis: After the implants have fully joined with the bone, the final bridge is produced in our in-house CAD/CAM laboratory. We use Dentsply Sirona and Ivoclar Vivadent materials, with monolithic zirconia as the standard choice.

I went to Kissdent to see about old crowns (30 years old) and recent work that I had done in the EU that I was not happy with. With a panoramic xray (and visual aesthetic check) it was clear what needed to be done.
Fast-forward 2 weeks and I write now, with 9 beautiful new zirconium crowns. They are mostly back molars but one that I worried about most was my left front tooth. I have a difficult tooth colour to match.
Kissdent staff have done a wonderful job. The clinic and lab are located on the same premises so they are able to adjust the tooth colour and overall bite precisely.
All excellent quality work and material for a very reasonable price. Unbeatable in Europe and North America.
