The Nuvola Treatment Process at KissDent
Treatment begins with a free consultation and a full digital scan of your teeth. No physical impressions, no trays filled with material. The scan is used to build your treatment plan in three dimensions, showing the planned movement of every tooth from start to finish.
Once you approve the digital simulation, your full set of trays is manufactured and delivered to our clinic. You collect your first sets of trays at your fitting appointment and receive clear instructions on wear time, cleaning, and what to expect as treatment progresses. Follow-up appointments are scheduled every six to eight weeks to assess progress and hand over the next sets of trays.
Treatment duration varies by case complexity but typically runs between six and eighteen months. At the end of active treatment, retainers are provided to maintain your result long term.
Compliance and What Is Expected of You
Aligner treatment only works when aligners are worn. Nuvola trays should be worn for twenty to twenty-two hours per day, removed only for eating, drinking anything other than water, and cleaning your teeth.
Patients who do not meet this wear time will not achieve the planned result within the planned timeframe, and in some cases may require additional trays or a revised treatment plan.

I went to Kissdent to see about old crowns (30 years old) and recent work that I had done in the EU that I was not happy with. With a panoramic xray (and visual aesthetic check) it was clear what needed to be done.
Fast-forward 2 weeks and I write now, with 9 beautiful new zirconium crowns. They are mostly back molars but one that I worried about most was my left front tooth. I have a difficult tooth colour to match.
Kissdent staff have done a wonderful job. The clinic and lab are located on the same premises so they are able to adjust the tooth colour and overall bite precisely.
