The KissDent Guarantee
At KissDent Dental Clinic, we believe that patient trust is built on transparency and technical excellence. Every treatment performed at our clinic is supported by the highest European standards and certified materials.
Dental Implants
We exclusively use the world’s leading systems: ETK (France) and Straumann (Switzerland).
Lifetime Warranty: These implants come with a manufacturer lifetime warranty. Every patient receives the original certificate and serial number registered in their clinical records.
Osseointegration Protocol: This process (the fusion of the implant with the bone) usually lasts 4–6 months.
In the event of implant failure during this period, KissDent fully reimburses the cost or replaces the implant free of charge (provided the patient returns the implant to the clinic for the manufacturer’s reimbursement procedures).
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover failures caused by:
- Lack of oral hygiene or smoking.
- Failure to follow medical instructions after treatment.
- Mechanical trauma or systemic diseases affecting the bone.
Crowns, Bridges, and Veneers
All prosthetic work is produced in our in-house CAD/CAM laboratory, where 35 years of experience are combined with digital technology.
Premium Materials: We use only CE-certified materials:
- Katana Zirconia – Noritake (Japan) – For maximum aesthetics and translucency.
- Cercon Ceram KISS Porcelain (Germany) – For natural appearance and shock-absorbing strength.
- 5-Year Warranty: Covers material or cementation defects under normal usage conditions.
Mandatory Requirement:
The warranty becomes void if the patient does not use the recommended protective night guard (bite splint) after treatment. This device is essential for protecting restorations against bruxism (involuntary clenching/grinding) and trauma, preventing fractures of teeth treated at our clinic.
Maintenance Conditions (Patient Responsibility)
To maintain the validity of our 5-year warranty and the lifetime implant warranty, the patient agrees to:
- Periodic Check-Ups: Undergo at least one annual check-up at KissDent or with a certified dentist.
- Oral Hygiene: Follow the recommended cleaning protocol regularly (toothbrush, dental floss/superfloss, and mouthwash).
- Use of the Bite Guard: Wearing the night guard is mandatory to prevent damage from clenching forces during sleep (and during the day if necessary).

Warranty for Dental Restorations (Fillings)
At KissDent, we use leading Japanese technology materials, Asteria (Tokuyama Dental), which guarantee maximum bonding to the tooth structure and seamless aesthetics.
Warranty Duration: We offer a 2-year warranty for all direct restorations (fillings), covering:
- Loss of the filling
- Fracture of the restorative material under normal chewing conditions
- Marginal sealing defects (detachment of the filling from the edges)
Conditions for warranty validity: The warranty remains valid only if the patient fulfills the following obligations:
- Oral Hygiene: Maintain proper hygiene (brushing twice daily and flossing).
- Periodic Checkup: Undergo a professional cleaning and examination at KissDent at least once per year.
- Bruxism Protection: If the patient suffers from teeth grinding (bruxism), the warranty is valid only if the protective night guard made at our clinic is regularly used.
What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?
New decay developing in other parts of the tooth around the filling due to poor hygiene
Natural tooth fractures caused by trauma or consumption of extremely hard foods
Root canal treatments (endodontics) that may later become necessary if the tooth was severely damaged before the filling (since pulp/nerve response is biological and individual)
Discoloration of the filling caused by excessive smoking or staining beverages (coffee, red wine), although Asteria is highly resistant to pigmentation
Orthodontics (Teeth Straightening) Warranty
At KissDent, we use the most advanced systems, from traditional braces to Nuvola Aligners technology, to achieve a functional bite and harmonious smile.
What the Warranty Covers During Treatment
- Planning Accuracy: We guarantee that the treatment will follow the digital plan approved at the beginning of the process.
- Quality of Materials: Warranty for all orthodontic components (brackets, wires, aligners) against manufacturing defects.
- Ongoing Assistance: Strict follow-up and necessary adjustments at no additional cost if included in the original treatment plan.
Post-Treatment Warranty (Long-Term Stability): Orthodontic treatment is considered successful when results are maintained over time. We provide a warranty on tooth positioning provided that:
- Retainer Use: The patient must strictly wear removable or fixed retainers according to the orthodontist’s instructions.
- Post-Treatment Check-Ups: The patient must attend the first follow-up examination 3 to 6 months after braces removal.
Conditions That Void the Warranty
Retainer Negligence: If teeth shift due to failure to wear retainers, correction will require a new treatment at additional cost.
Loss or Breakage of Aligners: For Nuvola patients, lost aligner sets caused by patient negligence are not covered by the original warranty.
Trauma: Any physical injury or trauma causing tooth displacement.
Biological Changes: Jaw growth changes (at a very young age) or eruption of wisdom teeth that were not extracted according to the doctor’s recommendation.

Sono stato ospite presso la clinica Kissdent di Tirana la scorsa settimana per effettuare degli impianti. Sono stato accolto all’aeroporto dal proprietario della clinica e dall’interprete con molta simpatia e familiarità. Prima di raggiungere la clinica avevo qualche dubbio ma, mi sono ricreduto da subito, quando ho assaporato la tendenza positiva che anima gli operatori (tutti, nessuno escluso). Ho trovato due dottoresse molto pazienti che mi hanno fatto sentire a mio agio e mi hanno ben consigliato sui lavori da eseguire. L’interprete straordinaria, non mi ha mai abbandonato (in caso di difficoltà durante il soggiorno potevo raggiungerla telefonicamente ricevendo sempre grande disponibilità e competenza). Mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. Tornerò volentieri a Gennaio per continuare le cure col piacere di incontrare ciascuno/a di loro.
Siamo stati in questa clinica x fare gli impianti, appena arrivati avevamo molti dubbi e ansia non conoscendo nessuno non sapevamo a chi ci stessimo affidando, poi tutto è svanito appena abbiamo conosciuto Berti, Vera, Alba, Renata e il resto dello staff tutti molto gentili disponibili e professionali, non credevamo che in meno di una settimana avremmo fatto metà del lavoro quando in Italia ci sarebbero voluti anni. I went to Kissdent to see about old crowns (30 years old) and recent work that I had done in the EU that I was not happy with. With a panoramic xray (and visual aesthetic check) it was clear what needed to be done.
Fast-forward 2 weeks and I write now, with 9 beautiful new zirconium crowns. They are mostly back molars but one that I worried about most was my left front tooth. I have a difficult tooth colour to match.
Kissdent staff have done a wonderful job. The clinic and lab are located on the same premises so they are able to adjust the tooth colour and overall bite precisely.
All excellent quality work and material for a very reasonable price. Unbeatable in Europe and North America.
Kissdent clinic is pristine in terms of cleanliness, ambient and warm in atmosphere….but the best is the staff and the relief you feel knowing that you are in good hands. They are very professional and communicative (in english and several other languages). They take the time and do not rush you through.
They can do any form of dentistry…from cosmetics to implants and orthodontics but they do not try to sell you more services than you need. They respect strong and healthy teeth.

Ich hab ein Implantat am Frontzahn bekommen. Das war vor einem halben Jahr, die Behandlung war sehr sanft, sehr einfühlsam und ist fantastisch verheilt. Es hat nicht einen Moment wehgetan und ich hab mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Die Praxis ist top ausgestattet und die Mitarbeiterin sind alle sehr nett. Die Termine sind pünktlich, es gibt keine Wartezeit und die Arbeit ist absolut akkurat.
Jetzt hat man mir im dortigen Labor zwei Kronen angefertigt, die absolut natürlich und passgenau gearbeitet sind. Wirklich fantastische Arbeit. Die größte Herausforderung, Kronen im Frontbereich, haben die Ärztin und das angeschlossene Labor zu meiner vollsten Begeisterung gemeistert!
Ich kann diese Klinik nur allen sehr ans Herz legen.
