All prosthetic work produced at KissDent carries a five-year warranty covering material and cementation defects under normal usage conditions. Every restoration is documented in your clinical record, including the material batch, shade, and technician notes.
We use only CE certified materials throughout. Our standard for crowns, bridges, and veneers includes Katana Zirconia from Noritake Japan for maximum aesthetics and translucency, and Cercon Ceram KISS Porcelain from Germany for natural appearance and durability. These are the same material brands used at leading clinics across Western Europe.
The warranty requires that patients use a protective night guard if recommended following treatment, as bruxism is the most common cause of restoration fracture and is not covered by the material warranty itself.

What Can Be Made with CAD/CAM Technology?
Crowns are full coverage restorations that cap a damaged, weakened, or root-treated tooth. CAD/CAM crowns are milled to fit your specific tooth precisely, requiring less removal of natural tooth structure than older methods.
Veneers are thin porcelain or zirconia shells bonded to the front surface of teeth to correct colour, shape, or minor alignment issues. Digital design allows us to preview the result before milling begins.
Inlays and onlays are partial restorations used when a tooth is too damaged for a filling but does not yet require a full crown. CAD/CAM inlays fit with a precision that hand-crafted restorations rarely achieve.
Bridges replace one or more missing teeth by anchoring to adjacent teeth or implants. Our milling system handles multi-unit bridges with the same accuracy as single-unit restorations.
Temporary restorations can be produced in as little as four hours using our in-house 3D printer, meaning you never have to leave the clinic without a tooth while your permanent restoration is being prepared.

The 5-Axis Milling Advantage
Not all CAD/CAM systems are the same. Standard milling machines work on three or four axes, which limits the complexity of shapes they can produce and the accuracy of the final fit.
Our 5-axis milling system moves the cutting tool and the material block simultaneously across five planes of motion. This allows it to reach angles and contours that simpler machines cannot, producing margins so precise that the restoration fits with minimal adjustment at the time of bonding.

Siamo stati in questa clinica x fare gli impianti, appena arrivati avevamo molti dubbi e ansia non conoscendo nessuno non sapevamo a chi ci stessimo affidando, poi tutto è svanito appena abbiamo conosciuto Berti, Vera, Alba, Renata e il resto dello staff tutti molto gentili disponibili e professionali, non credevamo che in meno di una settimana avremmo fatto metà del lavoro quando in Italia ci sarebbero voluti anni. I went to Kissdent to see about old crowns (30 years old) and recent work that I had done in the EU that I was not happy with. With a panoramic xray (and visual aesthetic check) it was clear what needed to be done.
Fast-forward 2 weeks and I write now, with 9 beautiful new zirconium crowns. They are mostly back molars but one that I worried about most was my left front tooth. I have a difficult tooth colour to match.
Kissdent staff have done a wonderful job. The clinic and lab are located on the same premises so they are able to adjust the tooth colour and overall bite precisely.
All excellent quality work and material for a very reasonable price. Unbeatable in Europe and North America.

Ich hab ein Implantat am Frontzahn bekommen. Das war vor einem halben Jahr, die Behandlung war sehr sanft, sehr einfühlsam und ist fantastisch verheilt. Es hat nicht einen Moment wehgetan und ich hab mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
